Our program offers a variety of events uniting locals and newcomers, fostering connection, understanding and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re a Slovak curious about the world beyond your borders or a newcomer, come to join us!
From cultural nights to interactive workshops, there’s something for everyone, regardless of language or background. Our aim is clear: to create inclusive spaces where differences are celebrated, stereotypes are challenged, and friendships are forged.

This event is an informal gathering where participants can practice English in a relaxed, community-focused setting.

ENG: Come once a month to talk about the books you are currently reading, recommend books worth reading and relax in the company of bookworms.

ENG: We will teach you how to properly mix and apply colors to sneakers and you will create your own unique pair that you can wear or give to someone as a gift.

Paint like Picasso – Experience painting with Karin
A course where you will learn to perceive the world and create like Picasso! During 3 lessons, Karin will teach you to create a portrait using geometric shapes.

Candle Making with Oľga
Come and create your own candles using fragrant beeswax sheets! This event in English brings together locals and people from other countries.

An art workshop with Karin, where you will learn what the eco-printing technique (pressing flowers and plants onto a medium) means and how to use it.

Book and plant swap
For a symbolic entrance fee, you can take away 5 books or 3 cuttings or 2 plants in a pot. If you have books at home and plants that are looking for a new home, you can bring them.
